Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! I am excited and energized to start my ninth year as the leader of East Hardin Middle School and I am deeply committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our students. We are excited to start our new school year with a new hashtag, #bEASTmode!! Together we will provide the highest quality of education possible by setting high expectations for all students and providing supportive systems to assure they are met in a safe and supportive learning environment. Along with staff, I will work hard to continue the legacy of success established at East Hardin by building strong relationships with parents, students, staff and community partners. 

I am pleased to share with you some of the exciting and outstanding programs we will offer this school year. East Hardin will continue to offer advanced content courses in Language Arts and Math as well as interventions in Reading and Math for students needing extra support. We are starting a new 8th grade program called We Build It Better made possible by Altec. Our extra-curricular activities continue to be the best in the district, such as sports for both boys and girls, Academic team, Beta, Band, Lego Robotics, Archery, VEX team and Speech team. We are also excited to continue our club day structure, EVERY student will be involved in something that interests them once a quarter.
